Labourers & Groundworkers

Our CSCS-certified labourers and groundworkers form the backbone of every project. From site clearance and excavation to concrete pouring and traffic management, they ensure a clean, safe and productive environment.

  • Site Preparation: Clearing, leveling, trenching and stockpiling materials.
  • Groundworks: Drainage installation, kerbing, ducting, and formwork.
  • Plant Support: Assisting plant operators, moving skips, operating hand tools.
  • Health & Safety: PPE compliance, toolbox talk participation, hazard spotting.

Average pay: £12–£16 per hour, depending on location and experience. Weekly pay, CIS/PAYE options.

Bricklayers & Hod Carriers

We partner with skilled bricklayers specialising in facework, cavity wall construction, and specialist finishes. Our carriers maintain the pace, supplying materials efficiently to reduce downtime.

  • Blockwork & Traditional Brickwork: Loadbearing, non-loadbearing and decorative patterns.
  • Thermal & Acoustic Walls: Insulated blockwork for commercial and residential builds.
  • Hod Carrying: Support squads with mortar, blocks, and tools.
  • Precision Work: Arches, ranger courses, lintel installation.

Average pay: £18–£24 per hour. CSCS Gold Card holders preferred. Weekly pay.

Carpenters & Joiners

Our carpentry teams cover structural framing, roofing, and detailed joinery. From first fix to second fix, they deliver quality workmanship on schedule.

  • First Fix: Structural timber framing, roof trusses, external decking.
  • Second Fix: Door sets, skirting, architraves, bespoke cabinetry.
  • Shuttering & Formwork: Temporary moulds for concrete finishes.
  • Roofing Carpenters: Battening, boarding, verge and ridge works.

Average pay: £16–£22 per hour. NVQ Level 2/3 preferred. Weekly pay.

Site Supervisors & Managers

Painters, Plasterers & Dryliners

London (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months  |  Rate: £350–£400/day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all site operations on a 200-unit residential development.
  • Lead a team of 30+ operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with SMSTS, CDM regs and on-site HSE procedures.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • SMSTS and CSCS Gold Card mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager on residential projects.
  • Strong leadership, budget and resource planning skills.
Civil Engineer

Manchester (On-Site)

Permanent  |  Salary: £45,000–£55,000 pa

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee groundworks for new commercial schemes.
  • Prepare technical drawings, calculations and specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, architects and planning officers.
  • Conduct site inspections, surveys and quality checks.
Requirements:
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering.
  • Chartered status (CEng) preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.
Quantity Surveyor

Birmingham (Hybrid)

Permanent  |  Salary: £50,000–£60,000 pa

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost control and procurement on mixed-use developments.
  • Produce detailed bills of quantities and variation assessments.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure best value.
  • Report on commercial performance to project directors.
Requirements:
  • MRICS or working towards chartered membership.
  • Proven track record on developments over £10m GDV.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC3/4 and JCT contracts.
Health & Safety Advisor

Leeds (On-Site)

Contract: 3 months  |  Rate: £250–£300/day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections and HSE audits.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and staff H&S training.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare RIDDOR reports.
  • Maintain risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ site-based H&S experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and best practice.
Project Engineer

Requirements:
